You are a normal PR and have a single ability.
You see the Sample PM.
You see the PR section and Vanilla section in it are separated.
You see the N3 stuff below the sample form of a PR PM.
While Vanilla is listed extra.
Would you assume a VT has N3 stuff, too, from this given the info available to you?
Answer is ofc not. You assume a VT just has nothing and only people who are already a PR can inherit more abilities.

I'm with Flower on this though, vanilla until N3 sounds made up. Doesn't really fit the character either since they had powers since the start of the series.
