Problem is we don't actually know what happened to Fang's shot, presumably he was redirected
So if he was say redirected to himself then yes there would only be one kill source, but he looked like he was going to shoot Poyser or Gram and neither died, so who knows
Highly doubt he says this and doesn't go through with it despite being lolrelian, I could see him changing mind about his targets but doubt he shoots Hime.
And assuming Aurelian must have been redirected makes speculation even more confusing, since we're already pulling that card to explain a the whole Gad thing
