I'd say Soulkiller, Phenom and Doddsy are firmly in my POE. A 4th spot would go to Dalton/Evans, I suppose. I think it's entirely possible Ace is a scum tracker, but I'm doubting too much to take that gamble right now.

The correct play as scum for me would just to claim blocked and never give results.
