Someone else said it too but I mentioned that if a players is poisoned at night in my experience it’s typically mentioned in the night post and the lack of any public knowledge and it all transpiring via word of mouth was weird. That being said, it seems like a weird thing to lie about at that juncture and I’m choosing to believe BPD isn’t scum and Doddsy was trying to use that heal as a way to gain our favor instead of lynching him. He obviously didn’t account for Ekko shooting into his BP.

Thread tells Ultra to target Lethal.
Doddsy targets Lethal N2 and all investigations become reversed.
Lethal is technically 'town' N2 and when Ultra targets him, weak hider thinks it has targeted town. Thus Ultra survives and Lethal is 'confirmed' town.
Since this was easily broadcast, this is the likely scenario.
