I saw no reason not to lynch him after a Vanilla claim. He also stalled his claim for like a whole rl day, so I thought he might have an important role like Cop or Vig. But all this stalling just to claim Vanilla seemed just awful.

Anyway, I'm working under the assumption that 1) his team was just absent and nobody crafted fakes yet or 2) he deliberately threw to save a team mate (points to scum Dofla).

I still think regardless that the survivor claim switchback is the sorta play that's a good indicator his team is mostly absent or asleep at the wheel, nobody who knows what they are doing rubber stamps that.

Don't really have any compelling reason on paper to move from CP (I even nodded at their equity way before their claim) but given the above might just shoot into the Dofla's and Aces of the world today

i agree with this entire thing, or perhaps he just went rogue, against his teammates advice and just took the hit for them. I'm not sure what kind of player he is so I have no idea how he plays.

Fair enough, I don't like D1 claims at all so I would've done the same if put in his shoes

He was arguing very strongly for a Town Shigaraki scenario and that it could be a setup trap.

Ultra cased Reloaded before very hard, too, so if he wanted to get full bus cred, don't you think he would have been better off just throwing him into the bin?

I don't think he's the type to "go rogue" is the thing. He's bad but I've played scum with him before. He's generally a team player. So I'm thinking he was flying mostly solo towards the end there

no its not better to throw reloaded in the bin bc thats what everyone expects?? if my teammate messed up that bad like that im 100% bussing and so r 99% of players

The timeline that makes most sense to me is that his team was basically absent and he thought fuck it I’m not going to stress out trying to save myself for a team that doesn’t give a shit, so he threw the WIFOM Hail Mary and the rest is history

This implies I think claiming survivor after the former claim failed would be a good way to save the situation

And not an instant concession

I don't think he's more Townie after it. I think it was idiotic. But it's perfectly feasible to have such thoughts as Town and think it's a trap. Evans also claimed scum Cake as scum Cake and people have doubts. It's normal because nobody expects scum to just claim scum.

he was 100% a lost cause
there was no chance of saving the situation
the only thing there was was a chance to end the need for u to continue defending him
therefore him claiming indie allows u to quickly exit the situation
