I dunno if I'm overthinking, but the only way for all that to make sense is that Nibel was moved to Mango, and scum tried to kill Mango. Or Nibel was moved to Gad, and Gad failed a kill. Is that correct?

Under this, it explains two kills instead of three, but that only matters if Rugrat is town in the first place. So my earlier statement is wrong, there is a case where Dofla and Gad can both be town but it relies on Rugrat being scum.
