What do you make of him using meta reasoning to suggest it's NAI for you to say you're switching your game up? Is this something you've done before/often?
Miller flavour doesn't need to add up when the OP specifically says he's gonna throw curveballs in to trip us up and punish that kind of play. FWIW I still think it might do but I won't be surprised if it doesn't and frankly it's irrelevant either way.

did u present any discussion on the melkor wagon? any discussion to counter RAEM's flavor talk? your vote alone doesnt mean much to me and doesn't really qualify as discussion. more so a reaction test that he pretty much no sold and u didnt press further. whats ur own read of melkor

cool so it makes the miller more belivable, otherwise if cp claimed a role that doesnt make sense to be a miller then its possible he is lying about it. see its not all that fruitless. it has holes that we can fill later by reading cp from his own gameplay and interactions with other players

also slight town lean on melkor because in contrary to the recent games i played with him where he was scum he does not seem to be forcing any solving here. just taking it casually and laidback. over there he wants to be seen as solving right from the get go

He got punished for that, you would think if he rolled scum again he would reel that type of behavior back.

Can't assume he will repeat the same behavior if it resulted in a negative for him.

this is poor demonstration then. if RAEM continued flavor talking the entire day even when the rest of the players are engaging in meaningful conversation it obviously looks awful as i've stated. u arent proving anything here but lack of comprehension or intention to troll

u only proved that it is indeed worth to let RAEM discuss flavor and see how far he goes with it. there is zero merit to cutting any sort of discussion short at 4 pages in without providing better alternative. i'll stand by that

moreso, its also easy content to have to just tell people to shut up when they r discussing flavor

I feel like the town players so far will stay and chat and argue, scum more likely to take a backseat to discussion early on?

Maybe.
I'm not the best at early game stuff.

This is bullshit, and you know it's bullshit, and if you can produce a read from REM by engaging with this topic then it has nothing to do with the subject matter itself, so why are you so intent on tripling down on this?

By your own premise you can argue that letting him go on his merry way would be worse than correcting him, because then he could be easily mislynched.

I think you TMI'd him as town and came up with some woeful justification for chainsaw defending him when it wasn't even necessary.

You said I didn't present any alternative. That's not true.

There's inherently more value to a vote/questioning than character/flavour spec but honestly we're going round in circles at this point and this in itself isn't productive. I don't really understand your stuff on the miller. It's not more believable due to anything to do with flavour but just because it has been claimed super early which is what usually happens

Melkor irked me initially because I'd just read the OP and he immediately soft hinted at flavour which is w/e. Followed up with fluff to Magic, the NAI comment re your entry into the thread which is a strange meta read to me unless you're known for stating that you're switching up your play or something. His vote on Flower seemed lazy too but it's early and maybe he was trolling

I ask because your response to Ekko framed Melkor as an "alternative", which seems to imply you were considering him.

See above. Ekko was the one who mentioned 'alternative'. He insinuated I shut down flavour spec for the sake of doing nothing else basically. I was just pointing to my earlier vote.
