We've had the sheer size of the Trigger-verse, so let's now talk about the variety of planes, realms & worlds within it. I will go into some detail on some of the cosmic entities here (the Anti-Spiral, Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann, Yggdrasil, Junketsu Shinzui Satsuki) but ultimately I hope to cover each in detail later.
Most worlds within the Triggerverse exist within the material plane, being universes composed of space, time, gravity, energy and matter. Beyond the Multiverse exists the dimensional universes, several higher dimensions (possibly branes) stacked on top of one each other.

『ニンジャバットマン』はバットマンが戦国時代に飛ばされるといういわゆる「時間もの」です。日本のアニメだと、「過去を変えると現在が変わってしまう」という制約があって、時間もの、時間改変ものだとすごく慎重になる傾向があるように思います。そういうことを気にせず、思い切ってやっていますね。 中島：そこはアメコミなので。アメコミにはマルチバース、つまり宇宙がいっぱいあるという世界観の設定が読者にも浸透しています。そして今、時間改変ものはすなわち多元宇宙ものになるんですよね。あらゆる可能性の宇宙が全部あるってことだから、何をやっても「そっちの宇宙ね」となる（笑）。多元宇宙の解釈がこの何十年かでどっと進んで、僕らが子どものときは4次元止まりだったのが今では11次元とかって言われているじゃないですか。こちらは嘘をつくのが仕事なので、そういう理論を曲解して、面白い方に転がしていく。 そういえば『天元突破グレンラガン』（以下、『グレンラガン』）で、「観測されることによって存在する量子宇宙論」という話がありました。 中島：あの当時、宇宙論を調べると、しばらく読んでなかったからすごく進んでいることがわかりました。「観測されれば初めて確定される」という理論をいただいて、認識すればできる宇宙があるという設定にしました。
"Ninja Batman" is a so-called "time thing" in which Batman is transported to the Warring States period. In Japanese anime, there's a restriction that if you change the past, the present will change, and I think people tend to be very cautious when it comes to time-altered anime. You don't worry about that kind of thing, and you go out on a limb.
Nakashima: That's because it's American comics. The world setting of the multiverse, or a world full of universes, permeates the readership of American comics. And now, the time-modifying stuff is going to be the multiverse stuff, right? There's a whole universe of all kinds of possibilities, so no matter what you do, you're like, "Oh, that universe!" (laughs). The interpretation of the multiverse has advanced so rapidly in the last few decades that when we were children, it was only 4-Dimensional, but now it is said to be 11-Dimensional. Our job is to tell lies, so we take those theories and twist them into something interesting.
Come to think of it, in "Gurren Lagann", there was a story about "quantum cosmology that exists by being observed".
Nakashima: When I looked up cosmology at that time, I hadn't read it for a while, so I found that it was very advanced. I was given the theory that the universe can be confirmed only if it is observed, and I set up the idea that there is a universe that can be created if we recognize it."
Between these dimensions, beings of immense power can create pocket universe, which they can control to their even whim.

Gurren Lagann: Episode 24 - I Will Never Forget This Minute This Second said:
LordGenome Bio-Computer: This is a malleable universe. They can control it according to their every whim. It is no exaggeration to say that our enemy is the universe itself.
However, it's worth pointing out that the Anti-Spirals pocket universe and the Super Spiral Space are two seperate concepts. The Super Spiral Space is a realm created by an unfathomably powerful being of the Spiral, and is created by warping the Multiverse itself, merging all possible variants of something together (such as all possible Simons or all possible Gurren Laganns).
The core drill shines as it spins on in response to Simon's shout.
The same glow at the same time in every part of Gurren Lagann is emitted and from various parts of his body, a number of faces with Lagann-like expressions appeared. Yoko, Dayakka, Leeron, Viral, Tetsukan, Attenborough, Leite, and Gimme-Darry each ride in a Lagann-like cockpit. Lordgenome also somehow has a body and is in the cockpit. Nia is in the same cockpit as Simon as well Boota popped out from Simon's chest.
The possibilities of Gurren Lagann's existence in the multiverse has been materialized and merged with Simon's Gurren Lagann. The ultimate evolution of Gurren Lagann has been activated.
As the Super Spiral Space consists of all possible outcomes, by recognizing a possibility it comes real within the Super Spiral Space, such as LordGenome having a body again, or the various weapons manifested for the different pilots.
Gurren Lagann: Episode 27 - The Lights In The Sky Are Stars said:
LordGenome: We are in a Super Spiral Universe, where thought is given form. This is only a temporary body, but allow me to join you in this fight.
After the Super Spiral Space dissolves, the Multiverse returns to its natural state, as the Super Spiral Space is a virtual quantum body.
Work Soul said:
(Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann is a virtual quantum body created by the stratification of the multiverse by the activation of Super Spiral Power. It disappeared when the battle ended and returned to its normal state.)
Lifefibers are also able to intervene with reality to create realities. This is what happened with Satsuki and Junketsu in Kill La Kill If. Several peoples spirits where trapped in this world of delusions, but when Satsuki destroyed it they all escaped and woke up in their original timeline at different points in time.
Not only does this also happen in the show itself, but Mako and Senketsu physically lead the real world and enter Ryuko's mental landscape, within they're able to physically interact with the world of Ryuko's mind and even be mortally threatened.
Little Witch Academia also has mental realms within peoples minds, such as Sucy's world. There's a world within the minds of all witches. Although left ambiguous, it's possible that this worlds contents could have left Sucy's mind to flood the real world.

A witch-specific disease that sleeps for a long time. To cure, sacrifice a magic, wake up a sleeping witch entering the spirit world of a witch who was sick. This time Akko was sacrificed, and it entered the spirit world of Sucy.
Further on illusionary worlds but of a different nature, there are virtual realities that exist as computer simulations. People can enter these virtual realities either by plugging themselves in, turning themselves into data or being a virtual lifeform who lives inside one.
Similar to the above, there are Computer Worlds, which we see in Gridman Universe. Computer Worlds are only sort of virtual realities, as they have mass, and via a dimensional portals it's possible to travel between the real world and the Computer World. The Computer World consists of many different computer worlds, each of which exists inside a different kind of computer, all of which are connected by Pass Routes. Affecting these computer worlds (such as by sending in a kaiju to break everything) will in turn affect the real world by affecting the computer controlling certain machinee.

In" Denkou Chojin Gridman," which is said to be the original source of SSSS.Gridman, the world inside the computer, the Computer World, was depicted.
The computer world is a world different from the real world, and it exists inside the computer. When we think of the world inside the computer, we can imagine a virtual reality space like virtual reality. In the Computer World, not such a virtual world of data, but a substance has a real mass, and organisms such as electric animals and compoids also live in it. It's kind of like a different world.
The Computer World has a world for each computer, such as the world of medical computers, the computer world in telephone offices, and the world of electronic organs, and each is connected by a path of light called Pass Route. In addition, "Computer World" is closely connected to the real world, and there is a causal relationship that when a change occurs in the computer world of a microwave oven, the actual microwave oven emits high heat.
In "Denkou Chojin Gridman," under such a setting, Takeshi Todo on the enemies side sends a monster created with the help of Kahn-Digifer to the Computer World and destroys the computer and the world. As a result, something happened in the real world. To deal with the incident, Gridman rushes into the Computer World and confronts the monster, After the battle, I'm rushing the fixer beam and resolving the incidents in the real wold. Also once opened the gate from the Computer World and the monster was about to appear in the real world.
In "SSSS.Gridman," the name "Computer World" was not used, but the same city as the Computer World of "Denkou Chojin Gridman" speads above the sky of the azalea stand and outside the city... From this, it seems that Akane created her own world (azalea stand) in a corner of the Computer World.
On top of all of this, there are various afterlives. Certain undead have the power to travel between the worlds of the living and the dead, which may mean there are other worlds of the dead beyond the ones mentioned above.
Some undead can even steal the souls of the unwitting, and serve an enigmatic entity called the lord of the undead.
There's a Hell, and Inferno Cop is sent there over 65000000 years ago, meet his Auntie Grenda (who's looking for his uncle) there from the present, and when he leaves Hell (through a very easy doorway) he ends up in the modern era again. This would imply that Hell exists outside time (and likely also space). Also of note is how the world is refered to as the physical plane, which would also imply that Hell is non-physical.
Inferno Cop refers to the Universe as the physical plane, which would imply that Hell is non-physical.
Luluco also ends up in Hell, which looks the same as how Hell appeared in Inferno Cop (giant hands & dinosaur bones). She meets Inferno Cop (who tells her he too was once a part of Space Patrol) and points her to the exact exist that he left from. It's also of note to point out that Luluco died far from the Earth in a distant galaxy.
So not only is there one Hell that people across the multiverse go to, but going by people entering and exiting it from different timeframes, it doesn't confine to the usual laws of time of the physical. Counter to Hell there is Heaven, which exists beyond the Universe.
The leylines are the withered branches of Yggdrasil, the cosmic tree which connects all of the celestial bodies in the skies and feeds the witches their infinite magic (in turn it was created and fed by the belief in magic).
Ursula: Back then, Yggdrasil's branches encompassed the entire world. It's branches held even the stars and planets in place. It was from there that witches drew their infinite magic.
Yggdrasil's power is so immense that it warps space and dimensions, creating places that cannot be travelled to by conventional transport, and instead only by leylines.

Legend brings legend Mysterious magic of the hidden world was born, and in this world where the history of thousands of years has been overlapped, there are several lands on which the legends are carved. This world exists in a tangle of ley lines and complex magical forces. The superposition of space and dimensions is extreme. As such, some lands can't be reached by foot or vehicle. You can reach the land by going through the entrance and exit magic gates of Ley Lines. That's why many legends are often left untouched for thousands of years. Hence dangerous demons and magical plants exist in the wild, making it a place where ordinary humans feel endangered. - But, "If there is danger, there should be valuable things that nobody gets there, as many witches and humans go through the lay lines seeking that legend that I have not seen yet And that feat was handed down and created a further legend. I do not know if all these legends are ture, sometimes there will be misunderstandings and lies, but the legend will be people's hopes and a dream The heart to pursue is the true value of the transgression.

Between different worlds and outside the leylines lies a black void.
Luna Nova exists in a different dimension to Earth (possibly in one of the spaces formed by the leylines).
This might be the same void Akko visited during the Country of Fairies.

Outside the human world, there are other worlds too for other creatures who aren't human, such as the country of fairies.

The Triggerverse even includes the real world, as seen at the end of SSSS.Gridman.
